We offer a 100% refund for cancellations made 14 days before a tour. We offer a 50% refund for any tours cancelled 7-14 days efore a tour booking. Refunds will not be given for any tours cancelled in the 7 days before the tour.

In the event of poor weather, guests will be remind to bring umbrellas and wet/cold weather clothing and alternative tour options might be provided on the day.

As described on our About Us page, during the winter season, we offer the option of no-charge tours to foster families across South London. These are offered via the fostering authority and part-funded by any additional contribution made to the purchase price of a tour (both public and private tours). They are delivered by a tour guide experienced at working with children in care.
